Members may register for their favorite SRC group exercise class as early as one (1) day in advance. All Group Exercise classes have a limited capacity. Online registration will close thirty (30) minutes prior to the class start time. Only in-person registration will be accepted from that point at the Total Training Zone desk.

STEP 2 Enter your MINDBODY Online login information and click “Sign Up”
If you do not have a MINDBODY Online login, please visit the SRC MINDBODY Online Portal to setup an account
STEP 3 Retrieve GX class pass at the Total Training Zone desk up to 1 hour before and no later than 10 minutes prior to class start time

Get your blood pump’n! Enjoy a variety of classes that focus on improving muscular strength, stamina, and cardiovascular endurance. Some classes may use equipment such as jump ropes, heavy bags, free weights, and TRX straps. No two classes are alike, so try them all!
Class length: 55 minutes/30 minutes.
Mind and Body classes focus on improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. Yoga and Pilates classes are a great way to release stress from daily life and quiet the mind.

Aqua classes are offered in the SRC Pool. These water-based classes focus on minimizing stress on the body by using water resistance to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Up your fitness routine with one of our latest aqua classes, and re-energize your workouts with something new!
Love to move? Get an aerobic workout while dancing! Each instructor brings his/her own individual style to this high intensity class. Variations include Jazz, Latin, Ballet, Funk, Brazilian, Afro-Caribbean, TRY THEM ALL! These inspiring and powerful classes are taught by leaders in the dance world.
Class length: 55 minutes.
Reform your body with the Peak Pilates Reformer Series. The reformer is an apparatus with a sliding carriage, adjustable spring tension and straps that allow the body to work with improved alignment break, habituated movement patterns and develop strength and flexibility. The moveable surface of the reformer requires that the mind and body work together to stabilize, coordinate and control movement.
Make a huge contribution to your stability, durability and all-around movement with this 5-week TRX® Yoga Fusion series. The TRX® suspension trainer is designed to leverage gravity and your bodyweight in order to perform various yoga based exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by just simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Break down tension while building upper and lower body strength and mobility, with this yoga inspired TRX® workout, boasting several never-before-seen TRX® moves, for all ability levels.
The Learn the Basics workshops focus on breaking down the fundamentals of basic movements that may be performed in a group exercise class. Below are the current workshops offered this semester.

Too much driving? Sitting? Slouching ? Running? Spinning? Come explore the world of self-massage and myofascial release using foam rollers and tennis balls in this 2-hour workshop. Learn basic techniques on how to properly use these tools to release muscle tension, decrease muscle soreness and improve range of motion for maximum exercise performance. Equipment will be provided. Workshop will be held in the Motivation Studio.

Not sure about how to perform basic strength exercises safely and effectively? Intimidated by the idea of using dumbbells, weighted bars, and medicine balls in your workouts? Come experience this 90-minute workshop taught by SRC Personal Trainers and learn the basics on how to structure a safe and effective resistance-training program as well as break down common upper body exercises (Push-ups, bench press, row, etc.). Equipment will be provided. Workshop will be held in the Motivation Studio.
