Since 1995, the Fitness Centre has provided an affordable and convenient place for students to workout. It promotes a healthy body, and also a healthy lifestyle in every CSUN student.
The Fitness Centre has much more than treadmills and weight machines. Students can participate in yoga, boxing and free weights. If the mood strikes, a rock wall and pool are also accessible just outside the main gym.
Workout with other students with group fitness sessions. Activities include boxing, strength training and bootcamp.
